Teen Advisory Board:
The TAB is an organization within the library with teens as members. We have regular meetings once a month, so come and volunteer to be a part of this great group of TAB members and receive community hours for your contribution. With the help of the Young Adult Librarian, you will be the leaders and pioneers in:
Planning activities/programs for your fellow teens.
Helping the Young Adult Librarian with developing the Young Adult Collection.
Advertising/Promoting your programs through posters, flyers and cable television.
Assisting with fundraisers for different non-profits.
Chess Club:
Chess lovers of all ages are welcome to "drop in" for Chess club on Wednesday evenings from 5-7 pm.
HomeWork Help Center:
The Homework Center is a tutor-staffed, drop-in homework help center for Stoughton residents 12 years of age and older and is located in the library's Wales French Room. It is open every Monday evening during the school year from 6pm to 8pm. The Homework Center is closed during school vacation weeks.
